Our Epic Leadership Series™ is an immersive leadership and team development program designed to generate organizational effectiveness and performance. Participants cultivate and apply effective leadership and team practices that get real results for the organization. This cohort-based workshop series can be delivered over the course of one or two working days and includes four distinct learning modules. This course can be delivered onsite or virtually. 

Conflict occurs when needs are not met. Without empathy, leaders and teams fail to harness the true power of diverse experiences and viewpoints. Participants in this module learn how empathy is foundational for leadership and team effectiveness.

Participants develop their unique "why" narratives used by effective business leaders to inspire others to act. Competency building activities tied to focus, prioritization and commitment bring participants into greater awareness of the leader/follower dynamics.

Participants  learn ways to connect individual objectives to organizational goals - elevating engagement through providing consistent feedback, clarity and context. We follow leaders who inspire us with imagination - but also provide safety in reducing ambiguity.

This module focuses on identifying the changes we encounter in roles with increasing complexity - while developing a growth plan that focuses on mitigating stress. With greater leadership centeredness and resilience comes a more effective working culture.
